Ingredients:
130gr Terigu
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
125gr cream cheese, at room temperature
135g butter, at room temperature
145g castor sugar
3 telur ukuran M, at room temperature
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp parutan kulit lemon *ati2 jgn sampe putihnya ikut*

Lemon Creamcheese Frosting :
30 gr butter, softened
80 gr Creamcheese, softened
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp air lemon

Directions:
Ayak tepung kedalam mangkuk, tambahkan baking soda dan baking powder, sisihkan.

butter dan cream cheese kocok sampai creamy * kuranglebih 8 menit*. masukan castor sugar kocok sampai fluffy. masukan telur satu persatu kocok sampai rata.. , masukan air lemon dan parutan kulit lemon kocok lagi..
yang terakhir masukan campuran tepung yg sudah di ayak.. kocok sampai rata..

masukan adonan ke dalam loyang muffin yg sudah di alasi paper cups.. panggang selama 20- 25 menit dgn suhu 180 derajat C..

setelah matang.. keluarkan dari oven , istirahatkan kira2 8 menit sebelum cupcakesnya di keluarkan dari loyang..

lapisi atasnya dgn lemon cheesecake frosting..
siap tuk dihias dgn whipped cream..

Lemon Creamcheese frosting
ayak icing sugar, campur semua bahan, kocok sampai rata dan smooth
siap digunakan..
